I am leaving you here with some frequently asked questions, to help you clear up any doubts you may have. You can also always write to me if there is something that is not clear in them, I am here to help.

COMMISSION

WHY SHOULD I PAY 50% TO START WORK?

For your safety, mainly, and mine, this way I can guarantee to start the work with an advance payment and at the end, on delivery, the other 50%. If you have total confidence in the process, you are free to pay 100% if you wish.

WHY DOES THE COMMISSION ON 3D OBJECTS TAKE SO LONG?

It's a fairly complex process, depending on the object you want to make, I have to sketch it, model it in 3D in Autodesk Maya, render it and export it to Photoshop and add the textures and final details so it looks fabulous. It takes some time but the result is worth it.

CAN MY COMMISSION GO ON A WAITING LIST?

It may be possible, depending on the commissions you have pending, also depending on whether it is a 3D object commission, they usually take longer than pet commissions.

WHAT DO I RECEIVE FOR THE COMMISSION I PAID?

LICENSE & REFUND POLICY COMMISSION

License

Use: The design can be used on all merch that can be implemented for personal use (t-shirt, mugs, posters, prints, stickers, etc.).

I retain the right to use the design as my own and commercially. If you want exclusive use of the design, write to me in DM.

Refund Policy

  1. All commission will be initiated once payment has been received.
  2. The money may be refunded, if the design is still in the creation process.
  3. Money will not be refunded if the design is already ready for delivery.
  4. Money will not be refunded once the design is delivered.

PRODUCTS

WHAT PRODUCTS ARE YOU OFFERING RIGHT NOW?

I'm starting with three main products: Posters, Metal Posters, Shirts, Mugs and Stikers. I'll be adding them to the website every week, so it's important that you subscribe to keep up to date with new products and designs!

DO YOU PLAN TO ADD MORE PRODUCTS IN THE FUTURE?

Of course, later I plan to add, All-over flag, Gaming mouse pad, All-over sweatshirt, Puzzle, Outdoor flag, Pet collar and leash. Subscribe and wait for them!

WHAT QUALITY DO THE PRODUCTS HAVE?

The products are of the highest quality as are the prints. All designs are FHD, with a size greater than 3150px x 4200px at 300dpi, for excellent print quality.

PRODUCT RETURNS

Any claim for a misprinted, damaged or defective item must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

SHIPPING - PAYMENTS

WHER IS THE STORE BASED?

My store is an online store, I do not have a physical store, since the items I sell and ship are Print on Demand, the products are shipped from different parts of the world.

WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS SHIPPED FROM?

  • The Poster are sent from Japan.
  • The Shirt are sent from USA.
  • The Mug are sent from China.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Unfortunately no, these are the countries to which we do not ship:

  1. Ecuador
  2. Cuba
  3. Luhansk and Donetsk - Ukraine
  4. Russia
  5. Belarus
  6. Iran
  7. Syria
  8. North Korea

WHAT IS THE TIME PER REGION?

ARE YOU PLANNING TO ADD MORE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

For now I only have Paypal, I am in the process of adding debit and credit card payments, payments through Discover, Apple Pay and many more.

CAN I ADD ITEMS TO MY ORDER REGARDLESS OF THE QUANTITY?

Yes, no problem, I am prepared to have unlimited stock, so the more the better.
